We train on Tuesday and
Thursday nights:
- 6:00 - 7:30 pm
- 7:30 - 9:00 pm
Our Mission
CSWRK is committed to the tenets of Wado Ryu Karate, although we have some
innovations that we have introduced:
- To focus on sparring and self control.
- That Students walk away confident that they'll be able to use their
chosen Martial Art for self-defence;
- Train with a greater emphasis on physical fitness;
- Enable the student to use his/her skills learned ,in free form step
sparring as well as the more traditional Ohyu and Khion kumite.
- Understanding of Kata Bunkai.
